So, I developed a mental shield to protect myself from these rather unpleasant encounters: “Steve, some will, some won’t. So what! Next! Dial another number!!” By repeating this to myself, I made a plan of action and steeled myself to make another call. Don’t let Dirty Shirt McNasty kill your call momentum!
