Eric Gist, Chief Operating Officer

Eric gist is responsible for managing the Next Level’s Go-to-Market strategy and execution including offering development, marketing, alliances, and business development activities.

Eric has 22 years of experience in management consulting, working with fortune 500 companies on large-scale sales transformation programs building world-class sales & marketing capabilities.

A partner at global consulting firm, Accenture, for 8 years, he had operational responsibility for Accenture’s sales transformation practice. Work included optimizing sales force performance and sales operations; conducting sales force capability benchmarking; developing sales force organizational structures; integrating sales/marketing processes.

He drove the launch of new businesses within Accenture achieving revenue of over $300m. Eric authored articles including, “Changing Sales Force Behavior to Achieve High Performance”, “Selling in Turbulent Times”, and “A New Look at Managing Incentive Compensation”.

A graduate of Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, Eric holds a bachelors degree in management information systems and a minor in economics. Eric resides in Manhattan Beach, California, with his wife Lori and their two children, Alex and Allison.
