Coaching Training

The Next Level Sales Coaching Program will help your managers transition from being the expert in sales to being the expert in coaching sales people. Your sales managers will learn how to conduct, review, and plan goal-setting meetings, deliver performance feedback, conduct impactful sales meetings and huddles, and conduct skill development training. This program will be customized to train and reinforce your sales process, methodology, and sales cycle.
