Elaine Jordan, Director of Training Development

Over the past twelve years, Elaine’s focus has been on instructional design and development.

As the Director of Training Development for Next Level, Elaine develops coursework for instructor-led training, virtual training, and digital training programs for clients.

She also is instrumental in developing video sales training modules in support of the instructor-led and virtual training programs.

Elaine holds a bachelor of science in business administration and accounting from California State University, Long Beach, and a master of science degree in instructional design and technology from California State University, Fullerton.

Elaine lives in Spokane, Washington with her husband, Jim. They have two children and one grandchild.
